I love sneakers and dreamed to be a footwear designer when I was a school boy. The passion for sneaker drive me started footwear career in 2011. Most of the time I work as a pattern engineer and my job is working with brand headquarter design and technical team to create seasonal new footwear products. Upper pattern skill and positive attitude is trusted and praised by brand partners. In the past few years I extend my work experiences as developer for innovation and development team leader. As innovation developer I seeking for new treatments, materials and also new technology for footwear, cooperate with brand for latest concepts creation & prototype. As dev. team leader I manage the team and bring lots of new products to market successful. Passion for footwear and capability of logical analysis, good sense for design concept and strong technical background is the key for me to go further in footwear industry.
