Response for the APP testing group.

Build a small QA group to support five projects testing, including manual, automation and performance. Communicate with NY and Canada developer team for requirements. Also sync up the project status with PM, BA and QA in NY and Canada. Help the junior team member to analyze and design test case. Travel to NY CITI one month two years ago to set up some knowledge about Securitization Market and design some automation test case for product at same time. I also involved the automation framework build for UI automation, ETL automation and performance automation to help team member save more time. The UI automation used windows UIA, we can use it to simulate the end user actions. ETL automation used a XML configuration file to handle all processes. So the team member don’t need to care of the C# code, the business will be ok. For the performance test, i used the VS Load Test framework. Monitor same parameters to find bugs. Provide the performance report to PM to decide whether the new upgrade is acceptable.As senior testing engineer, i also join sample code review for developer to keep the high quality for product.

Testing Visual Studio 2010 and 2012 for Microsoft. Create test case with C# and maui, analyze test case results and maintained testing machines are my daily work. The tool for doing daily work is Maddog and TFS. Execute Stress Testing for Visual Studio every week. Analyze the result for the stress test cases. Find the leaks and and use the stress tools to get the heaps which has leak. Provide Call Stack for Dev.

In the MOTO team, my job is quality assurance. It includes manual testing and automation testing (QTP) for the software product. I also do some design work for the test case. For the requirements from customers, i will give some suggestions before developing.In Electronic Arts team, my main responsibility is testing Back Office (Web Manager) website and discussing with customer about the design for new requirement, new feature and test case. And build a miniature web testing framework with WatiN and C#. Coordination for team member is also my ownership
