My main target is to ensure that we have happy and skilled people who flourish at ATR Soft also in the future. Key priorities in my daily work are leadership, culture and well-being, recruitment, and well-handled basics of HR, which is the solid ground for further development.I'm a combined package of a team player and leader. My focus is always strongly on understanding the needs of the customers and employees as well as reaching the common targets.The world is never ready – therefore I strive for challenging myself, my employer and colleagues to constantly develop and prepare for the future. Currently, I'm focused on getting more out with the help of AI. I also carry out continuous learning in my free time by participating in versatile training sessions of networks like Suomen Ekonomit, Mothers in Business, and Junior Chamber International.
