- Ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process for NordPass, NordLocker and NordVPN products globally;- Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts with top-performing professionals globally;- Day-to-day collaboration with hiring managers and the hiring teams;- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across Europe;- Collecting and analyzing recruitment data; with the aim to meet and exceed quarterly OKR's;- Responsible for the Candidate Experience management and supervision for NordPass;- Participation in various Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives striving for improvement.
