- Build relationships to proactively attain new projects and sales on account level- Promote the online Investor Relation services and solutions to HK listed companies- Responsible to develop integrated marketing communication solutions- Provide profitable, strategic business management for multiple clients- Maintain high service level, build strong and effective client relationships with C-level executives- Ensure the team delivering timely, high quality works- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Net Sales and Net Operating Profit targets- Regularly spend time in the field “hands-on” reviewing and implementing sales strategies- Responsible for coaching, supervising, motivating and developing sales staff to ensure productivity, team spirit improves- Work with management to ensure pay and benefits package remains competitive

- Provide digital investor relation tools including website development and media coverage to Hong Kong listed companies- Deal with C-level executives for investor relations issues and maintain the good relationship with all key accounts- Prepare presentations, proposals, contracts and case studies
