- Supporting different research works of the Club by identifying archives documents from old maps, land leases to photographic materials. Interpretation of the materials are needed for explaining the values behind materials.- Supporting the appraisal and evaluation on the Club archives’ acquisition and disposal.- Providing different historical and factual contents for a variety of projects: videos shooting, articles writing, exhibitions for promoting the Club’s history and engaging the Hong Kong community strategically.- Supporting in repository management in environmental and access control in industrial standards.

Prepare materials for architectural consultant for the Heritage Impact Assessment(HIA) of the Po Leung Kuk Main Building (Grade III historical building). Sorting materials from early institutional records, maps and layout plans, my works was to explain to the consultant on the meanings of the buildings from its historical and social values.Conducting researches for internal usage: annual report writings, research groundwork on social welfare services etc.Arranging docents for visitors to match with the museum operation schedule; Assisted in Student Programme to enhance their understanding on museum works through workshops in docent, conservation and the history of Po Leung Kuk;Writing articles related to the institution’s history on Social Welfare and its relation to the history of Hong Kong on Social Media and the monthly publication of the institute.
