• Reports directly to the Team Leader, on an ongoing basis and communicates all relevant matters pertaining to Operations.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains extensive knowledge of raw materials and manufactured goods.
• Carries out duties according to procedures and work instructions covering the tasks relating to the position's function as outlined in the department's quality manual, in accordance with GMP
• Locates, weighs, counts and combines cure ingredients according to manufacturing and production worksheets.
• Ensures materials are sealed, packaged, loaded, sorted and inventoried correctly.
• Communicates with team members when material is short or missing.
