As the SME for the Belgian market, I am both the voice of the local market into the One Digital teams on group level and the voice of the One Digital teams into the local market. For the local market, which I have to know through and through, I make sure that our business processes and priorities, and our customers' needs are understood in the One Digital team. So that our business and commercial performance goals can be met and are being considered in the product development process. For the One Digital team I inform our local stakeholders about the ongoing projects and delivered products. I lead and coordinate effective user acceptance testing, and the logging and following up of bugs by peers. As the One Digital teams work Agile and through Scrum, I am an ambassador for Agile best practices in the local market, helping to identify and resolve issues or conflicts and enable One Digital and Market collaboration.

As an online sales coordinator I was responsible for the day to day management of our websites and its online sales.I respresented e-commerce and more specifically the online sales team in the weekly campaign alignment meetings in collaboration with other teams such as marketing, pricing&yield, retail, etc. This was fed back to the team in order to brief the creative services and to prepare configurations for the brand (Neckermann, Thomas Cook, Pegase) and products (Flight packages, Car holidays, Citytrips, Ski holidays, etc.) they were responsible for . Personally, I would then be responsible for the execution of the short/medium haul flight packages. This through editing the wCMS, several merchandising tools, targeting tools, and algorithms.Besides my commercial responsabilities, the general performance of our websites, was also a daily task. This through daily testing, logging of and following up on bugs, supporting the monthly or biweekly releases, etc.By being the face of the sales team, stakeholder management became second nature, having the added benefit of being very aware of what lives in other departments and our general business.
