About Rini Mariani

My current company is a representative office for foreign construction company (Japan) and I am a team member of administration department, beside accounting, finance, taxation, general afairs , and human resources matters I also have main responsilibility for my company administration license, all related legal documents, and annual company activity reports to Ministry Public Works ("PU") and BKPM. As a deputy manager it is my responsibility to supervise company cash flow and financial process, bank reconciliation, finance report, suporting accounting report to head office in Tokyo, to communicate with bank, tax consulting, auditor and tax authority, I am also supervise for tax filing for WHT, PIT, CIT and salary for national staff and expatriate.Administration department having role to manage office operational to control general affairs matters and taking part at Human resources and my responsibility to supervised it.My superior have trusted me to provide and update information for Head Office with regards to taxation and manpower regulation and visa regulation in Indonesia, I have role to supervise process of working visa and stay permit for all foreign workers at Jakarta main office and several project site office in Indonesia with total expatriate nearly to 300 persons with variation of nationality.Hence, in my daily works I am familiar to keep update to Indonesian regulation and other countries if necessary, in daily basis I am proactively share latest informatian and share my knowledge, opinion, advise and experience to all project team members. I put priority to keep maintain my network, relationship and communication not only with my co-workers, customers, JO members, sub-contractors but as well with government officer such as BKPM, Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Tax office, Embassy, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Education, Indonesian construction institution (LPJK), association and other related institution.
