● Handling import process until clearance for paper & forest products. ● Arranging PO for overseas purchases.● Collecting / consolidating data of the shipments. ● Receiving and checking import documents (Invoice, Packing list, BL, RCEP/COO/Form D, Insurance ● Certificate, PIB, etc for / from supplier and forwarder agents.● Handling government import license, import realization and declaration process (such as Dephut, Inatrade, etc).● Operating ERP systems for daily invoicing based on delivery order.

● Prepare & issue purchase / sales contracts.● Communicating with buyers and suppliers throughout the performance of the contract.● Setup and update data of contracts, shipment status, documents, and payment records and coordinating with the shipping & finance team departments.● Supervise and follow up the shipment timelines with suppliers along with the completeness of documents.● Provide information to buyers regarding shipment schedule and loading status/progress.● Supervise the development of VO (Verification Order) from Indonesian importers to conduct the shipments.● Arrange Letter of Credit/DP at sight process of payment with the bank concerned.● Arrange Bill of Lading instructions and Marine Insurance certificate with agents.● Prepare & issue shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc) for the buyer's customs clearance process and/or documents submission to the bank.

● Looking for potential suppliers and buyers of used paper & plastic worldwide for carrying out international trade and supply to mills in Asia, especially Indonesia.● Responsible for all sales process and shipment until cargo is received by the buyer.

● Handling orders for Furniture and Home Decoration to French and Australian buyers.● Liaise with suppliers from Asia for orders and the sample-making process.● Fulfill the things needed by customers for their goods concerning the label, cardboard markings, etc.● Prepare the shipping documents and communicate with the shipping line / agent.
