Processing daily client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, money transfer, loan payments ,NEFT, RTGS ,DD MC and cheque clearing.Doing forex transactions inward Remitance and outward Remitance. Handling all walk-in-customers of the bank and assisting them with best customer service related transaction and all banking need. Accurately maintaining records of each transactions and ensured all documents, and paperworks are in place and within compliance and maintaining cheque return register.Operating internet, updating all records and documents (Hard copy as well as Soft copy).Data entry, and updating accounts.Resolve customer quarries by using CRM..
