 • Obtains revenue by processing invoices, resolving missed payments, updating financial records, and effectively supervising staff engaged in similar activities.• Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.• Meets accounts receivable financial standards by providing annual accounts receivable budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.• Preparing MIS Report, Voucher Control Management, Income Recognition and Cash Flow of the company on monthly basis.• Compare Estimated with actuals performance of the company as per the Budgets provided by the Top Management.• Check the compliances of TDS & TCS and prepare the data for monthly payments, also taking care of PF & ESIC payment.• Prepare Data for GST Returns on monthly basis and taking care of timely payment of challahs.• Prepare Data for Sale Tax in USA Accounting on monthly basis and taking care of timely payment of challahs.• Monthly Overview Bank Reconciliation, Purchase and Sales Invoices, prepare ageing of Accounts Receivable and Payables on monthly basis.• Overseas Payments with 15 CA/CB, taking care of PE Certificates, agreements and TRC before making any payment.• Exposure of processing the payments via Citi Direct EEFC A/c, Europe A/c, USD, GBP and many more approx. 200 vendors every month.• Managing the Indian & Global Client in AR Receivable, Taking care of all meetings with client related there concern of AR & other process issues.• Managing Sales & Accounts Team (15 member in team)
