Key Roles & Responsibilities:• Provide analytical support to the CEO on strategic and operational issues on a day-to-day basis.• Support the CEO in tracking and follow up on execution of initiatives in specific business areas.• Analyze the performance marketing initiative of the firm.• Lead the business association talks for launch of VAS in international markets, agreement draft negotiations, technical integration and commissioning of the project.• Preparing investor presentations and pitch for the investors.• Running deep analysis on data of various verticals and all facets of business• Handling a business portfolio in the Corporate VAS Marketing team.• Key role in setting up digital healthcare project.• Coordinate with Business Heads to obtain reports of business operations, functioning, profitability, revenue & cash flow.• Support CEO in preparing and/or delivering presentations, business reports, preparing proposals, budgets, business forecasts etc.• Monitor MIS on daily, weekly & monthly basis actual achievement versus plan, identify deviations & drive corrective actions to be taken for addressing deviations from plan.• Provide market intelligence through competitor analysis & market research for internal benchmarking.• Plan and present month on month marketing strategy to the management and attain the growth targets. Focus on penetration while complying with agreed budget, quality and corporate policy guidelines.• Note and track deliverables during periodic business reviews of different business lines.• Monitor and analyze key strategic and operational KPIs.• Vendor selection & management, Commercials closure, Technical integrations, Rollout roadmap, Content & quality check.

Key Accountabilities:• Job responsibilities included servicing and maintenance of pollution monitoring analyzers at refineries of HPCL (Mahul), ONGC (Hazira and Uran), TATA Power (Trombay), Reliance Power (Dahanu) and KRIBHCO (Hazira)• Projects handled: Setting up and commissioning of pollution monitoring station at ACC Cement Plant, Durg, Chattisgarh.
