As a professional I started in IT as a developper and designer. After a short time I started managing teams and later projects. I learned the profession of IT and Projectmanagement in a 9 year career at Capgemini. At Pentascope I learned that systems are only one aspect of change. Apart from systems, processes, culture and behaviour are key for a succesfull change. At Schiphol Group I have been given the chance to turn all this into a more professional and succesfull department of projectmanagement.
