- Manages and oversees all operations of the estimating and engineering team.- Schedules estimating staff to ensure that bids are estimated accurately and submitted in a timely manner.- Participates in defining company's long term goal by targeting new accounts and opportunities as well as enhancing revenue growth with existing customer accounts.- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of a project.- Consult or negotiate with customers to prepare project specifications.
