Job Description :• Monitor and coordinate all the activities which required for start up and shutdown of the coal boiler and steam turbine with field operator.• Sychrone high pressure steam for turbine consumption and medium pressure steam for process production. • Control and monitor the dcs operator in power plant operational by dcs control based on approve procedure to reach production target following health and safety production. • Identify dangerous potential during operational coal boiler and make a action as well to report abnormally to be evaluated. • Provide the direction of monitoring and technical action to operational power plant to field operator base on the dcs observation result well as abnormally to get decision which will be doing and also to coordinate with shift leader and supervisor to have follow up action a timely manner.• Report the condition, disturbance findings and latest update about operational power plant in daily logsheet.• Analyze chemicals consumption for boiler feed water, quality steam, and cooling water. • Coordinate with maintenance department to follow up maintenance requirements finding to the continuity of power plant operation.

• Learn the diagram flow of boiler with type circulating fluidized bed boiler • Learn the part, function & working principle of boiler • Inspect in furnace for check refractory condition• Learn the prepare start up and start up procedure for boiler cfb• Learn the water treatment with sea water reverse osmosis process for boiler feed water
