Provide administrative support to the Assistant Public Health Director, and Medical Director. Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, resolve administrative issues, and prepare written correspondence such as emails, memos, presentations and forms. Onboard new hires in various departments and maintain employee records. Coordinate meetings, interviews, assist with event preparation and prepare, develop or maintain reports, manuals, or interview documents. Maintain and perform confidential data entry, create, organize and maintain files. Review, revise, edit and disseminate division policies and procedures when needed to staff. And safeguard departmental assets.

Collect data by way various databases, engaging community members in focus groups and surveys. Identify and address inequities and barriers to the workforce for groups who have been historically excluded and marginalized within the Piedmont-Triad Region of North Carolina. Collaborate with administrators and cohorts to prepare and deliver findings to stakeholders.

Coordinate job fairs and recruiting events to source, screen, and interview qualified professionals. Onboard selected candidates and contract workers. Develop and maintain relationships with various departments and agencies to build a talent pool of qualified candidates. Compile and analyze scheduling data for various departments to determine hiring needs.
