Psimfoni is a educational platform focused on psychology to raise mental health awareness, focusing on activities like peer counselor services, campaign, podcast, webinar, and volunteering. Psimfoni has 9 divisions and 47 volunteers. As a HRD Staff, my responsibilities included:- Updating the employee database, which includes contract duration, employee status, and personalemployee data.- Handling recruitment for all positions, with a special emphasis on the Volunteer Leader role, from screening to interviews and onboarding.- Managing administrative tasks such as attendance, letters, employment contracts, and post-contractdocuments.- Collect and analyze employee performance data to produce monthly reports that support management decision making- Provide assistance and open sharing sessions for each member for division related problems

Synergy Unity is a youth community operating in the skill development sector, focusing on activities like campaign, webinar, and volunteering. Synergy Unity has 9 divisions and 50 volunteers. As a HR Performance Management, my responsibilities included:- Create, monitor and fill in KPIs for each division to assess the achievement of work programs that have been implemented- Collect and analyze employee performance data to produce monthly reports that support management decision making- Provide assistance and open sharing sessions for each member for division related problems- Managing administrative tasks such as attendance and HR letters (promotion, demotion, leave, warning, layoff)- Successfully collaborating with the CEO, Manager, and Performance Management Division to createcompetency dictionary for all volunteers which is used as a basis for performance appraisal to make it more measurable

• Serving and upselling to 40-100 customers every day • Make 40-100 orders from 20 menus per day according to customer customization • Improve the cleanliness of the cafe area, comfort and supply of goods • Manage daily operating cash flow with a turnover of 300-700 thousand rupiah per day • Design interesting, informative and relevant social media content to reach the market wider customer base • Control and supervise 1 employee to carry out tasks according to SOP • Conduct evaluations related to the implementation of tasks carried out once a week
