The Young Leaders for Indonesia (YLI) is an intensive leadership development program initiated by McKinsey & Company Indonesia. YLI believes that empowering youth participation will boost Indonesia's development. I was selected as one of the 100 awardees out of ~2.000 applicants.The program focuses on shaping leaders with a fundamentally holistic approach in 6 months through Lead Self (with Personal Leadership Project), Lead Teams (with Breakthrough Leadership Project), and Lead Change.

• Selected as one of 150 scholars of Transformasi Edukasi untuk melahirkan Pemimpin Masa Depan (TELADAN) Tanoto Foundation out of ~10.000 applicants (with 1,4% acceptance rate) all over Indonesia of a four-year leadership workshop (Lead Self, Lead Others, and Professional Preparation) to become the future leaders of Indonesia.• Awarded as the Best Leader of Lead Others Group Project and the Best Lead Others Group Project in The Most Systematic Nomination from ~24 groups.• Awarded as the Top 15 Top Scorer and Best Portfolio from ~150 scholars during the Professional Preparation Program.

I was awarded as one of the 21 awardees at the University of Connecticut in the Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development cohort among ~4.000 applicants in ASEAN countries.• Awarded as Top 3 Best Group Project and $500 project grant from the U.S. State Dept.

The APEC Entrepreneurship Education Program (AEEP) is held by the Ministry of Education of South Korea for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation with ~20 awardees from 21 APEC member economies. AEEP 2022 theme is "Next-generation Enterprise to re-balance inequalities in the APEC region." The AEEP aims to foster awardee capacity building (business analysis, planning, communication skills, and pitching) through business projects. I was awarded as the Representative of Indonesia from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.

• Formulated daily news and information from 7 Business Units of Astra Financial (FIFGROUP, Maucash, ACC, TAF, Mo88i, Movic, and Permata moxaKu) related to Email Blast, WhatsApp Blast, and Push Notification to boost sales through Campaign Management System (CMS) on Moxa.• Coordinated with external stakeholders for the development of Moxa products.

Tanoto Scholars Association (TSA) is a place for Tanoto Scholars to socialise among students to develop character and fully channel their talents by contributing much to the surrounding community through social service activities as a form of #PayItForward the society by:• Led 38 staff and 218 scholars from IPB around Indonesia, and the world focused on nine important characters of future leaders by Tanoto Foundation.• Coordinated with five divisions (Internal Relations, Social Project, Public Relation, Human Development, and Media Branding) in carrying out 15+ Internal Projects and 5+ Pay It Forward Projects with a total of 5+ competent speakers and 2,000+ participants.
