Duties included oversight management of the design, build, testing and commissioning of the Radio DAS System for 10-mile Silicon Valley extension; Computer and Train Control Systems; Project performance and data analysis; and Cutting-Edge Engineering Concept Projects. Complex Data Analysis (MS products and PYTHON) for project statistics, fiscal data, SCADA data, data warehouse analysis and reporting. Detailed report QC for quarterly Federal (100+ projects), and monthly reporting, with collaborative agile workflows. Representing BART as an N CA Regional FCC committee member for Public Safety Radio Frequency Coordination and in Federal FPIC focus groups for Radio Interoperability and Security.

Project Lead on the $90M SFMTA Federally Funded Radio Replacement Contract, for voice and data (CAD /AVL) Radio networks for surface and underground Buses and Light Rail (1500) Vehicles throughout San Francisco. This Project started in ‘12, the Design completed in July ‘15 (2 years late), then build and installation of the Radio DAS System and Base Stations, network and Core Systems started in July 15. Accelerated the milestone delivery and completions dramatically on this difficult and extremely contractual project.
