As a project leader to improve the output of base 5 & 6 with a result 46% increasing by batches in 1 month.3. As a project member to get Black Belt Certificate (highest score) for the Maintenance Department.Job Description: 1. Act as QC QA Manager in the Jotun Indonesia Calibration Laboratory.2. Responsible for developing a calibration laboratory in Jotun Indonesia that meets ISO 17025:2017 standard.3. As a Management Representative for Calibration Laboratory.4. Close coordination with Laboratory to handle customer complaints and new product trials.5. Responsible as a trainer and Super User for Inventory, Manufacturing and Planning in the IFS Matrix.6. Responsible as Internal Auditor (certified) for ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025.7. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.8. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports and assisting external auditors and inspectors.9. Plan and draw up a production schedule coordinate with Planner.10. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed in the Solvent base and Water Base area. 11. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.12. Organize the repair of any damaged equipment.13. Ensure that the production will be cost effective by controlling over times, reduce Non Conformance Product and control thinner or water for cleaning.15. Job Description: 1. Manage activity in laboratory such as incoming raw material test, finished goods test, modified formulation or process, lab scale trial or production trial for new products or new raw material and handling customer complaints. 2. Deciding the action needed for Non Conformance finished goods or raw material does not meet Jotun Standard. And create a Corrective Action and Preventive Action report for all Non Conformance Issues.3. Controlling and modification formulation or process to improve products that have a low RFT in production to get maximum formulation.4. Prepare and keep technical reports and analysis reports from modified formulation or process, lab scale trial or production trial for new products or new raw material and handling customer complaints. And share the technical report to the R&D regional in Malaysia or Norwegia. Make a meeting if needed.5. Liaise with the Purchasing Department and Production Manager to control phase in-phase out process for new and old raw material.6. Liaise with Regional Marketing, Regional R&D and Local Marketing for new product launch activity in Indonesia.7. Liaise with Regional R&D and Local Purchasing to control the trial of alternative raw material.8. Liaise with Local Marketing, Local Sales, Production Manager and Technical Department to handle customer complaints and create technical and analysis reports with Corrective Action/Preventive Action suggestions. And doing customer visits if needed.9. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.10. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports and assisting external auditors and inspectors.11. Responsible as an Internal Auditor (certified) for ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025.12. Review worker performance and identify training needs.13. Make sure the SOP, WI and OPL in the laboratory always update.14. Ensure that health, safety and quality guidelines are followed.
