Responsible for indentifying, developing, and cultivating I.T. business opportunities within the Federal Government and managing key client relations within Federal Government agencies. Be a motivated person who excels with monetary incentives. Responsible for identifying business possibilities and giving presentations to existing and new customers to generate revenue and achieve goals set forth by management. Provide accurate, complete, and comprehensive responses to bid and sales leads helping to execute capture strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and perform any sales, prospect, and appointment calls to help generate leads. Serve as a subject matter expert across many I.T. specialties (i.e., Programming, DBA, Network Admin, etc... to help in writing and reviewing proposals. When needed, serve as a Project manager for variety of I.T. projects. Serve as a team leader, make team assignments, coordinate work of the team, review completed work of the team members. Determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Develop, modify or provide input to project plans, implements project plans to meet or exceed objectives. Coordinate and integrate project activities. Manage, lead, or administer project resources. Develops or implements information systems security plans and procedures. Monitors project activities and resources to mitigate risk. Implement or maintain quality control processes. Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews. Assist with estimates of initial budget and tracks variation from baselines.
