CurrentLeveraging my expertise in operational management and strategic development, I deliver Enterprise information and record management solutions for multi-sector clients. Working with clients, who have 100+ employees, I identify shortfalls in records and information management and develop solutions that are as scalable as they are future-proofed. Here, I oversee and evaluate organisation-wide studies, policy development and SOP development as well as rolling out RM programmes across the Pharma, governmental, industrial and financial sectors.By creating governance and operational frameworks, I work with both clients and other members of our Senior Leadership Team to deliver year-on-year growth. I also use my trusted black book of customers to identify and develop business relationships with strategic alliance partners as well as providing consulting to multi-sector clients. Working with internal and external teams, I define job scope and ensure that our team of specialists deliver all objectives. I am always looking to expand our team and am constantly evaluating potential consulting expertise that can support delivery of our group objectives. Shaping vision and defining strategies, I deliver effective leadership at phase3 while also delivering year on year growth.Enhancing consulting and operational frameworks, I ensure all frameworks are robust and fit for purpose. Working with the board, I ensure all senior stakeholders are up to date on any legal and regulatory issues. I also enhance reporting frameworks ensuring all reporting aligns with procedures and effectively outlines performance.
