Selected for a 9 month rotation in ADAPT (Advanced Digital and Product Team) + 6 month secondment to South East Asia, working in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.Project Highlights:- Redesigned digital customer experience for a telco company, setting up a pilot team, designing a digital target customer journey and working with a designer to prototype the new digital experience; prepared Agile training for 100+ employees and trained 30+ employees; project on track to deliver savings 3.5x target.- Designed ‘Agile at Scale' transformation for a global consumer products company; coached Agile to a new client team and created a global Agile ambition; new product development reduced from 18 to 6 months, while customer and retailer feedback improved.- Developed synergy realization plan for a post-acquisition merger of two retail brands, including creating and tracking the redundancy process.
