I previously spearheaded innovation projects for Dove Men + Care, Dove Liquid Hand Wash, & Axe Skin Cleansing products. As a key player in our dynamic team, I was responsible for managing end-to-end innovation initiatives, from concept ideation to market launch. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Strategic Planning, Procurement and more.

Edge is a 3-year leadership development program within Technology & Global Services, where young professionals are empowered through immersive learning focused on technology-enabled business solutions and service offerings. Program associates rotate through diverse opportunities working with emerging technologies and services to apply best practices in solving global business challenges. By pairing executive mentorship with impactful opportunities, the Edge program offers all the skills and experiences associated need to grow professionally as they support BD in serving the global community by advancing the world of health.

For my 3rd rotation in the program, I was responsible for providing IT support on the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse for our global BD Interventional (BDI) planning organization. I worked on performing data validations between the old and new planning systems to track and remediate discrepancies from QA through production. I also supported the development of creating a catalog item in ServiceNow (SIAM) for end users to manage access and training to the tool. Lastly, I’ve participated in trainings and received the Kinaxis Contributor Level 1 certification in January 2023.

For my 2nd rotation in the program, I spent the year leading global and critical end-user impacting projects that drove the implementation and standardization of new technologies throughout BD's infrastructure. I successfully led the migration of 1,200+ pre-existing Gemalto hard token owners to our new Safe ID hard tokens across 4 regions globally resulting in a cost savings of $550K+ annually. I led the implementation of Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) which helped to minimize one of the largest triggering incidents at the IT Service Desk by 1,800K+ incidents monthly. I also began to mobilize the effort to implement Microsoft Windows Hello for Business to standardize our system security toolset by leveraging Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology and capabilities.

For my first rotation in the program, I worked on multiple initiatives across the portfolios of Privacy, Ethics & Compliance. I was able to successfully lead a phase of deploying our Global Compliance Monitoring multi-year program from requirements gathering through execution and hypercare. I managed weekly project status meetings, collaborated with our strategic partners/vendors for technical support, and remained heavily engaged with our stakeholders to ensure project success. I also managed and drove the implementation of ROPA’s (Records of Processing Activities) into our ecosystem in accordance with GDPR to mitigate the risk of $680M to BD’s annual revenue.

In my role as a Procurement Co-Op, I was tasked with completing multiple Procurement/Finance initiatives supporting the North America Contract Manufacturing Organization with brands such as Breathe Right (Nasal Strips) & Alli (Weight Loss Aid). I collaborated closely with our Finance team to develop a Database Tool that was focused on increasing visibility on pricing data gaps between CMO's on the SKU level. This tool allowed the team to be able to analyze organized data quickly and make quick decisions when exploring cost synergies across suppliers. I was also able to work directly with each Procurement Manager to develop a master data report that estimated direct material spend on the component level of both raw materials and packaging materials. This not only helped to obtain an estimated spend in purchase currency for each CMO but also identify opportunities of improvement to see where spend is too high for those respective materials. I gained a tremendous amount of Procurement learnings in this role that helped contribute to my foundational supply chain knowledge in the Healthcare industry.

As a Supply Planning Summer Intern, I was privileged with the opportunity to join the Supply Planning team within the Joint Replacement - Instruments division of Stryker’s GQO (Global Quality Organization). I was tasked with completing multiple initiatives centered around data analytics and team collaboration. One of my proudest accomplishments in this role was being able to develop a Supplier Initiated Change Request Prioritization Tool that calculated, measured, and forecasted materials backorder impact by unit and dollar value. This initiative allowed me to enhance my Power BI skills while being able to significantly reduce the team’s decision-making time by an estimated 50% while prioritizing 80+ supplier requests at any given time. This summer was one I will always cherish in my career and Stryker played a key role in sparking my passion for the healthcare and medical device industry.

In this role, I was responsible for producing, analyzing, and automating global reports for the North America Supply Planning organization. I utilized ERP systems such as JDE & SAP to extract datasets and then transform that data into reports using Excel or Power BI for planners to execute routine planning exercises. I was also able to collaborate closely with the supply/demand planners managing brands like Lysol and Airwick to develop a Projected Inventory report to better identify negative inventory trends that result in backorder impact to our SKUs. One of my greatest takeaways from this experience was learning the importance of being detail oriented and working with a broad team to accomplish a common goal in Reckitt’s supply chain.

As a Brand Ambassador, I was responsible for delivering an exceptional experience aligned with Canada Goose’s standards to customers at New Jersey first flagship retail store for the brand. I was able to accomplish this by establishing a personal clientele network for VIP experiences, providing customers with the proper education on specific product features/benefits, and performing my respective operational duties daily (Ex. Visual Merchandising, Replenishing Stock).

As a document management intern, I was tasked with a major consolidation project to condense and transfer critical bank loan documents into electronic files via an online database storage tool. The goal was to ultimately reduce physical space and streamline our documentation processes long-term. By the end of the summer, I was able to successfully collaborate with senior management and the documentation team to convert 3,000+ mortgage loan files into the bank’s new digital database.

I was responsible for providing club members with exceptional bar service, bartended major golf outings with 200+ guests, and maintaining the overall condition of the bar and respective bar areas. Also assisted with training and onboarding of new bartenders throughout the course of my 3+ years with the country club.
