Their innovative solutions advance projects that support job creation and community development. While at MassDevelopment, my primary role was the project/asset management of a $110 million mixed use development project, 100 Cambridge St. The project was a complete renovation of an existing state building, comprised of a 850,000 sf 22-story office building and a 2-story underground parking garage. Also included in this project were the new additions of 37,000 sf of retail space and 102,000 sf of residential brownstones consisting of 75 units.
