At Mood/TBWA different from all the other agencies, I was invited to be a partner. As a partner I have been developing and exercising business and people skills. My personal favourite part of this position is being able to influence the organisation culture, putting strategy in the center of everything adding a twist of intuition and creativity.

For five years as a Planning Director at Africa among great opportunities and big clients the highlight of my job was being responsible for the whole communication strategy for Brahma, Ambev’s second top seller in Brazil. Africa was an excellent opportunity to apply process skills that I learned in my previous jobs, developing creative processes for consumer studies, briefing and training.

As a planning manager I worked very close to clients strategies, developing an analytical and creative driven mindset. I conducted marketing and consumer studies, repositioned brands and developed integrated campaign. I was responsible for some of the key accounts in many industries such as banking (Caixa, the second biggest bank in brazil), Telecom (Vivo, the market leader in Brazil), Electronic consumer goods (Panasonic and Electrolux).

At Ana Couto I had the opportunity to set up brand strategies, such as positioning, naming and personality for a broad range of segments including consumer goods (Coca-Cola), paper and pulp (Klabin), banking (Itau-Unibanco), mining (Vale) among others.
