Research and development for new components

• Technical and commercial evaluation on sub-contractors prior to award of work.• Preparing reports, strategy and project execution documents as necessary to ensure the proper progress of the work.• Coordinating on a regular basis with project managers and project coordinators who have responsibilities for works subsequence to site preparation.• Reviewing project specification/code requirements, drawings and their implementations.

• Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control.• Build resource loaded schedules, baseline schedules, and budgets.• Track design from concept to completion.

• CAD / CAM Tooling design for processes and new products.• Designing and maintaining assembly fixtures for production lines.• Review and update product technical documentation and drawings.

• Designed machines, fixtures and gages to enhance operational quality and productivity, as well as to correct ergonomic concerns.• Consumer product design, prototyping, reverse engineering and manufacturing layouts.• 2D / 3D equipment engineering blueprints and documentation control.

• Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, automation & assembly.• Created Value Stream Map (VSM) of manufacturing and test processes for key product.• Responsible for increasing overall equipment & process efficiency (OEE), manual & automated systems.
