Responsible for the day-to-day management of activities for the Production Department; including, creative direction, technical and aesthetic standards, budgeting, and vendor management, as well as upper management responsibilities.Directed all animations and oversaw all renderings. Directed and produced green screen shoots, on-site video shoots, aerial video and photography, and model photography shoots. Managed the production department in a clear and prospering manner, set and implemented goals, established priorities, managed resources, developed concepts and approaches to the ever-changing realm of fields that Spine3D ventured into.

As one of the first employees of Spine3D I was an integral part in the creation and implementation of procedures and structuring of the company. I was able to develop management techniques and procedures that were effective and expandable as the company grew. Creating departments and structuring roles to create a system that was adaptable to an ever-growing company was a duty that I undertook and was able to achieve.As a project manager I worked alongside the clients, other Project Managers, and the partners of the company to ensure quality and prompt delivery of 3d renderings and animations. Liaison with client on a strategic level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, determine timelines, ensuring appropriate resources are assigned, and all projects are successfully delivered on time, meeting objectives, and within budget. As a Production Artist I needed to be highly organized, be able to work efficiently on multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines, as well as maintain top quality of all renderings and animations. I needed to implement quick revisions to match and surpass the designers’ requests and expectations. Worked pro-actively with project managers, senior production artists and designers to ensure smooth project deliveries.
