Facility management services to ensure that the treatment environment remains stable and conducive to recovery. Communicate between the clinical and advocate team. Oversees the menu planning in conjunction with the Registered Dietician to assure federal dietary standards are met, oversees the grocery shopping to maintain compliance with the dietary guidelines, and monitors meal preparation, and assists client as needed Assists clients in the preparation of welfare paperwork and works closely with case managers, provide transportation services as needed, facilitate weekly residential group focused on the operations and treatment of the residential clients, facilitate group sessions if clinical staff is not available and attend clinical staff meeting to help assist with clients’ needsAlso being accountable for the weekly auditing and reporting of logs pertaining to medication, testing, health department protocol, emergency protocols, agency partnerships and grant compliance, ordering and maintaining testing supplies, oversite of management of admission, discharge protocols as it pertains to Residential clients, and being On-call status.
