- Understand, track & deep-dive and provide insights for specific business functions. Structure the problem, draw relevant insights leveraging data and work with different stockholders to drive them to conclusion- Assist in building out business model, working with functions in determining functional targets, performing rigorous analysis on initiatives and reporting to senior stakeholders- Work with functional teams in articulating strategy and vision for relevant stakeholders- Ownership and responsibility of gathering market intelligence to drive best-in-class business processes along with functional leaders- Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals- Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and studying- Communicating with senior stakeholders including functional heads and CXOs on progress and analytical insights
