Ensuring the smooth running of multi-channel operational tasks across retail and ecommerce.- Making sure the website is free from problems – liaising with ecommerce platform provider to rectify.- Assist in the maintenance of the website updating product/stock information.- Weekly reporting on relevant sales channels and KPI’s.- A/B testing and reporting on new projects and UAT testing.- Implementing and designing processes to improve KPI’s and customer experience.- Work to find solutions to customer service queries within a timely manner.- Communicating between customer care/stores/warehouse to ensure efficient running of operations.- Researching industry trends and putting forward suggestions.- Monitoring process errors and complaints following thorough investigating of them, designing and implementing amendments to processes ensuring they do not happen again.- Monitor and inform relevant departments on new import/export regulations.- Point of reference for operational queries escalating where appropriate.- Concession and trading management for DORA online concessions using provider’s interface, creating product data and reporting product sales.- Ensuring fulfilment meets agreed targets and smooth running of department.- Warehouse management; budgeting, KPI planning, and reporting.- Merchandising for customer orders, stationery ordering, promotion creation and sale preparation.- Frequent store visits to implement new brand processes and maintain relationships.
