Business Transformation Officer
CurrentDuties and Responsibilities:• Lead and facilitate change management efforts by ensuring all stakeholders are engaged, informed,and supported throughout the transformation process.• Analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes tostreamline operations and increase efficiency.• Evaluate, recommend, and implement technology solutions to support transformation initiatives,including software, tools, and systems.• Plan and execute the transformation projects, including setting objectives, defining project scopes,securing resources, and managing timelines.• Work closely with various departments and teams to ensure alignment and effectivecommunication throughout the transformation process.• Identify potential risks and obstacles to transformation success, develop mitigation strategies, andadapt plans as needed.• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor progress, and measure the successof transformation efforts.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, identifying opportunities foroptimization, and implementing changes accordingly.
