Prepared cold foods, sandwiches, and salad, salad dressing, condiment sauces. Stocked food, rotated supplies, and ensured safe raw food storage.  Successfully fulfilled special event orders for a variety of occasions including weddings, showers, banquet brunches, birthday and bar b q nights.
