1. Supervise the daily activities of raw materials, chemicals, packing materials, finished goods, spare parts, and wastage store.2. Schedule the delivery program as per customer demand.3. Monitor market and plant return damage wastage materials status for proper utilization.4. Coordinate with the Supply Chain department to keep available stock of materials in store.5. Coordinate with plant managers for their needs to run smooth production.6. Maintain good communication with the quality control department to make quick decisions.7. Reconcile system stock with physical stock to minimize system loss and maximize productivity.8. Monitor and cross-check daily goods received and issue status of raw, chemical, packaging materials, and spare parts in ERP.9. Be aware and update the warehouse to ensure unwanted loading/unloading losses.10. Lead all raw, chemical, packaging materials related activities of the department to maintain FIFO, LIFO & FEFO.11. Supervise & control the minimum inventory level & support the production floor according to their daily as well as month raw, chemical, packaging materials requirement.12. Prepare monthly Non-moving, Slow Moving & Date expired lists to submit management how to control maximum level.13. Train new personnel and manage all safety requirements in the facility.14. Maintain good working relations with various departments.

1. Updating GRN, PR, DO, and all related store documents in the ERP system.2. Inspecting the quality and quantity of materials received from local and foreign suppliers according to LC or purchase approval documents. 3. Recording all incoming and outgoing materials and ensuring proper Tagging of identification slips and bin cards on each item. 4. Maintaining all received, issued, and delivery stock through register books, Excel sheets, and the ERP system. 5. Preparing monthly and annually material consumption and requirement reports. 6. Developing inventory reports to provide management with comprehensive data on inventory levels. 7. Managing activities and maintaining proper workflow to ensure customer satisfaction.
