  Duties/Responsibilities:01.Manage inventory properly at allocated Ghat/ Depot to make sure that all stocks are kept in order as perstandard02.Create Callahan, Voucher, Goods receive, stock maintain S.A.P Software.03.To assist in planning out entire Delivery programmed according to the order (DO/SO) received that includeprioritizing Delivery sequence in consultation with marketing department and keeping sufficient marginfor emergency program.04.Coordinate with transport section and others concerned to ensure smooth delivery as per delivery planand schedule.05.Check and update all relevant data.06.To assist in proper and smooth delivery of products at the customer ends without any flaws and hindranceand without any complain from the customer ends.07.Time to time communication with internal transport and other selected transporter.08.Ensure all loaded Truck/Trailers are properly covered with Tarpaulin before leaving for destination.09.Ensure & maximize customer satisfaction.10.Maintain petty cash and control the Ghat/depot expenses11.Prepare reports on daily vehicle movement for efficient delivery performance.12.Able to issue Vat Callahan throughTroyee
