Responsibilities: (Full DCS System)# Operational activities of 6 nos Vertical exhaust gas boiler (each 42 Ton per hour), 12 Giant Wartsila 18V50DF engine (each 18.4 MW), Alfa laval HFO separator P986, Alfa laval Lube oil separator P646, Fuel oil treatment plant, Water treatment plant, Oily water treatment plant. # To ensure proper functioning of control system before starting the engine and after start the engine. # Responsible for all mechanical & electrical activities of all auxiliaries, equipment’s and safe operation of the power plant. # Take necessary initiatives for any abnormalities during operations and issue work request and isolate equipment for maintenance.

Responsibilities: ( Full DCS System) # Boiler related work  IGT (Isgec Ghon Thopson): Water tube Boiler, Capacity: 90 ton per hour, By Drum, Natura circulation, forced draft, Natural gas fire water tube boiler. # CB Natcom – Nebraska water Tube Boiler, Capoacity: 135 Ton per hour, Model No: NB-500D-115. # Follow proper way to start and stop the boiler. # Perform boiler’s all parameter checking job like, Gas flow, Gas pressure, Feed water control valve, Feed water flow, FD air controller, FD air flow, FD air temperature, Drum level, Drum pressure, Main steam flow, Main pressure, Main steam temperature, Economizer temperature, Deaerator temperature, Oxygen content.# Prepare total steam production report, specific steam consumption report. # Perform boiler safety checking after every two months interval. # Water parameter checking like Conductivity, Hardness, PH, Sugar, Silica.  Regular checking of Reserve water tank, Feed water tank, Boiler water, Return condensate, Steam transfer drain water.# Water treatment plant,  Clearifire plant, DM plant, RO plant. Turbine related work: # Turbine 11 MW, Taivini (India), Back Pressure impulse Turbine. # Turbine 26 MW, Shine Nippon (japan) Model No: B6-R6-R.# Follow proper way to start and stop the turbine. # Checking parameters like, Oil temperature, Oil pressure, steam pressure, steam temperature, exhaust steam pressure, exhaust steam temperature, alternator in out cooling temperature, shaft vibration, bearing temperature.
