CurrentStrategically led communications and marketing for the 2024 BC provincial elections, managing a growing team of four, and later assuming the role of Interim Communications Director for the campaign, overseeing a dynamic team of over 15 staff and volunteers. Served on the leadership team alongside Party Leader Sonia Furstenau and Campaign Chair Adam Olsen, supporting their daily provincial campaign efforts. Delivered core election advertising campaign across all 93 ridings in British Columbia, launching targeted hyperlocal campaigns across eight key ridings using both digital and traditional channels generating 10.5 million impressions. This approach achieved a reach of 3.2 million on Meta platforms, spurred significant audience growth on Facebook, X, TikTok and Instagram, and enhanced voter engagement through timely mobilization and engaging creative assets. Drove social media engagement and follower growth across Meta, YouTube, X and TikTok, achieving notable metrics: 8.6 million impressions (+13.1%), 125k engagements (+19.9%), engagement rate of 3.5% and a net follower growth of over 1,200% on primary channels, significantly increasing brand visibility and audience reach throughout the campaign period. Led and launched new website in under one month during peak election season, enhancing user experience and supporting critical voter engagement with efficient information access and improved digital functionality. Traffic was peaking at 16k daily users and exceeding 209k unique visitors over key campaign months, effectively aligning digital channels with the BC Greens’ voter mobilization goals. Expanded media relations capabilities and increased earned media footprint by collaborating closely with the press secretary, releasing over 250+ press releases during the election, securing extensive media coverage, and training over 69+ candidates for debate and media opportunities across digital, radio, podcast, and television channels.
