We built 3 products over the lifespan of Suave with a strong team of 6 people. Two of them were b2c and third one was a b2b pivot using our propriatery technology:1. The b2b product was built to work with brands to exploit crm data for remarketing opportunities. Data is created with every click and user action when they engage with any app, product or service. This data is raw, boring but very valuable. It gives insights on user behavior and preferences. Suave plugs into the brand's CRM, analyses that data (or content) and repurpose the relevant parts to create a marketing or re-engagement video asset. Such a video is automatically sent to users for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.2. The B2C product was aimed at consumers that struggle to manage research content. A chrome extension that allowed the user to save and manage content of any kind (from receipt to screenshot and relevant text) using smart tags in the cloud beautifully.

My work at CitiGroup involved working with middle and front office teams from capital markets on new technologies implementations. Key achievements:• Built sustained relationships with technology vendors and country heads of EMEA region • Perform gap-analysis with Citi tech business users which resulted in enhanced performance, time saving of 15% and yearly cost save of £260K.• Interacted with Jersey treasury business traders to deploy dealerboards and managed the business relationship throughout the project lifecycle• Worked on IT strategy of a large-scale business system used across 52 EMEA countries• Participated in an IT transformation project of an Innovation lab in collaboration with various businesses to showcase the as-is and to-be technologies within banking• Worked closely with Citi global markets business owners to streamline system support process and made an annual cost save of £380K. I also managed the IT system project using the full software development life cycle (SDLC) process• Classroom training on financial markets, Trade lifecycle & Project Management. Lead the team in performing thorough analysis of 2 large-cap NYSE/LSE listed companies in retail and energy sectors for M&A, LBO and PE transactions. Built from the scratch fully integrated financial statements, 5-year projection, DCF and accretion/dilution merger financial models for the large-cap companies I also built the financial models and pitched the CIM to the board for an emerging market company in the TMT sector.

Working as an analyst, I was hired part-time to help the business with research on the ed-tech sector. The founder wanted to understand the market dynamics, alternative business models that can be tested and consumer mood on the solution that EnggHeads provided. I eventually worked on rolling out the product in version 1 and overall operations. I was valuable in helping them bring structure in the product team, create operational methodologies and best practices that can move the company forward in the right execution path. Still in touch with the founder as they nail this market in India.

I was selected for this year long industrial placement (year out) during my penultimate year of university. My first industry experience at a large scale and duration. This experience laid the foundation for my career direction.Key achievements:• I was awarded the best placement student so far by our department (since inception of the program 8 years ago).• I was relocated after 9 months to the corporate HQ to lead a IT strategy due-diligence project as part of the £2 million global business project. • Pitched my inferences to EMEA team and provided in-personal and conference trainings to the senior management from Northern European countries.• Project managed a £400K Northern European project in a 20 people team. Organised workshops, created requirement documentations and communicate them to developers.
