Currently Focus is on developing Bonded Warehousing, Projects, Express Services, Container Train Operations etc.

Managed Strategic Accounts for the company like Delphi, Cummins, RICO Auto, APC, Moserbaer etc. Ensured free and prompt flow of information regarding their shipments. Timely Bill submission and collection was ensured. Reduced Non-Compliance by 20% by getting Team Members to contribute exclusively to drafting SOP alongwith the Customer and follow it through.

Incharge of total exports and imports of the company, including Customs procedures compliance, handling Buyer Claims and Bank Documentation for inward and outward remittances. Freight negotiations with Forwarders and Shipping Lines was one of the Key responsibilities alongwith claiming Incentives from Govt against exports. Was instrumental in claiming and receiving around 60 Lakhs under DEPB scheme for the Company by correct filing of Shipping Bills.

Head of the Export Department and responsible for smooth exports, Clearance of imports, Customs & RBI Rules compliance, Buyer Claim Handling, Bank Foreign Exchange Dealing etc.
