The Analyst II – IT Business Analyst (“Business Analyst”) acts as liaison between the business community and the Information Technology (IT) organization to provide business and systems analysis service while working as part of a shared services team. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, providing support for mobile device configurations and break-fix resolutions to include diagnostics, troubleshooting, reconfiguration, or software installation actions to correct any device errors indicating a defect in the device operation, complete required training for access to include but not limited to: Remedy, BES, MDM solutions. Use Remedy ticketing system to work and track customer’s requests for service and trouble incident tickets, managed in one or more associated Mobile queues, resolve customer issues effectively or escalate to management when needed, notify team lead of any Work Instructions (WI) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that may need to be created or updated, provide excellent customer service to remote and in-person customers.Role also requires managing Intrinsic safe cell phones for hazardous areas (Zone 1 & 2 and DIV 1 & 2). Ensuring customers are aware and trained in all safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Role also required managing and bill pay of telecom equipment. Following companies bill pay process, ensuring all bills are paid on time to avoid interruption of service.Also responsible for managing, maintaining, and full support of Satellite Phones for the Executive Team in case of disaster recovery emergencies, also develop and manage a DR plan when natural disasters occur.

Responsible for maintaining the PeopleSoft human resource management system for a company. Responsibilities included, but not limited to, ensuring the proper functionality, security and configuration of the PeopleSoft application, perform software installation, development of user roles within the system, application testing and troubleshooting, and provide support for individuals using the software. Also duties included, coordinate software/hardware installs and upgrades with IT Infrastructure resources, work together with development team and source integrity team for the first installation of application software/components and releases into environments (UAT, PROD) using their tools and processes for initial server deploys where applicable, validate Firewall, Load Balancer and Server Configuration changes based on software and service area needed.
