Regardless of how many projects I assigned to Riquel with back-to-back deadlines, she was always able to deliver thoughtful creative vs just turning something in. When given the opportunity, Riquel rose to the occasion time and time again and quickly became a Senior Graphic Designer. She is an asset to any creative team as she is always willing to jump in and help whether it's retouching an image to get it just perfect, doing multiple sets of ads to offer more assets for optimization testing, tackling numerous email drip campaigns or providing pensive feedback. Lastly, I want to note that Riquel was the sole designer of our two most important promos of the year, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which largely helped contribute to the company's highest quarterly revenue.
