Workforce Development Training Specialist and responsible for handling day to day tasking that requires additional need as required to solve a situation at hand and incorporate team member to assist when required.Responsible for analyzing and consulting customer requirements and developing training plans, program curricula and scheduling necessary training to meet the defined training needs in a cost effective manner.Gathering facts and defining problems and alternative solutions pertaining to logistics support.Essential responsibilities include budgeting, reconciling, funding, planning, developing, evaluating, administering and managing records management for compliancy and audit tracking/preparation.Developing and providing accounting of the resources expended, and analyzing cost/benefit determination.Acting as internal consultant for safety management needs and participating in customer team meetings.Establishing continuous improvement on designing and assisting with implementation of processes used to determine execution of tasking.Utilizing standard government systems including, Microsoft Office, Total Workforce Management Systems (TWMS), PERMIS, Share Point, Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), and designing processes to execute when managing reports, or tracking of data management information.Preparing and processing workforce development documentation and funding documents SF-182 as required for training needs of the workforce.Interfacing as direct support to safety and department supervisors, division administrative assistants, financial personnel, in order to accomplish tasking as required for workforce development.
