Over 20 years ago, Risa entered the real estate industry after several decades of working in K-12 education and her only experiences with real estate was working with real estate agents on her own transactions. Once licensed, she quickly figured out systems and tools to help her build a successful business. In her first year, she was named rookie of the year and in her second year presidents club and for years beyond Chairmans club as well as Illinois Top 1% of real estate agents. Risa is a highly respected professional in the real estate industry, both with a reputation of strong ethics, a deep desire to help others, and unique sales experiences that have shaped the way in which she does business. With over 500 closed transactions and over $350 Million in sales Risa has sold residential real estate across Lake County and Cook County and knows the Chicagoland area wellWhen you work with Risa, you will find that she is a true educator. She is always educating her clients about the real estate process, the potential of investment and the market. Throughout her real estate career not only has she been a top producer, but also been helping fellow agents build their real estate careers. To this day, many agents rely on Risa for her mentorship and expertise. Recently Risa co-founded North Star Collective, a collaborative team of twelve real estate professionals, aiming to create a close-knit network of colleagues and continue to provide high-quality client care in an ever-changing real estate market. When she is not working with buyers, sellers, renters, or fellow agents, she is enjoying time with her two kids, new husband, cats, and gardening in their vegetable garden.
