- Lead end-to-end Human Resources department both in HR Operations and HR Strategy to continuously evaluate and develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.- Continuously identify and assess the gaps in the organization's HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, training as well as oversee general affairs.- Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records- Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building

- Translate business development priorities into forms initiatives that can be undertaken by HR in the framework of development oraganization.- Doing things related to development strategies organization: job description, organizational structure, man power planning, performance management system, team alignment, and productivity company.- Conduct a good selection and recruitment process from internal or external.
