Ikatan Mahasiswa Bumi Rafflesia (IMBR) adalah Organisasi Mahasiswa Daerah (OMDA) yang mewadahi mahasiswa asal Provinsi Bengkulu yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di IPB University. Sebagai sekretaris, saya bertanggung jawab atas persuratan dan kebutuhan administrasi lainnya.

Panti Goceng adalah komunitas peduli panti dalam gerakan #CukupGoceng. Sebagai staf divisi Human Capital, saya dan tim bertangung jawab memberikan pengembangan skills & pelayanan untuk divisi lainnya agar tercipta SDM internal yang berkualitas. Dipercaya menjadi bagian dari subdivisi multimedia, saya bertanggung jawab atas unggahan instagram story yang berisi profil anggota Panti Goceng dan juga video "get to know" setiap divisi.

Sebagai Staff Divisi Lapang-subdivisi Komisi Disiplin, saya bertanggung jawab:--

I am in charge of interacting directly with customers to ensure satisfaction of the services provided.My job responsibilities are as follows:- Help prospective customers make decisions by answering all questions asked both offline and online- Digest well customer’s requests which will later be submitted to the production team so that they can realize the customer's dream cake - Answer questions asked by customers related to the problems faced and follow up the complaints to other divisions- Record the store's daily expenses both in large and small quantities to ensure financial reports by the finance team can be done faster- Setting up the store in order making costumers comfortable visiting ours- Helping the main cashier collect dozens of sales transactions per day in cash, debit, and credit accurately to support business operations - Helping the production team ensure the availability of raw materials and supporting materials are always at a safe level- Reach out local influencers to work together to promote & introduce products to increase brand awareness
