I am fascinated by the power that sports have not only to inspire physical excellence in participants, but to unite spectators from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds through storytelling in the kick of a ball, the crack of a bat, or the shot of a puck. My fascination with sports has inspired my dedication to continuously strive for excellence and to value the team's mission above all else through seamless collaboration. This dedication led me to earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Fordham University Lincoln Center - where I was one of 11 students in my entire graduating class to graduate through the highly-selective honors program. Upon graduation, my career aspiration has been to blend the analytical mindset that I developed with my enthusiasm for sports and to do so with humility through the prioritization of team above self, ownership through accountability, and work ethic through determination.My passion for the sports industry led me to the New York Yankees, where I captured the attention of patrons and die-hard fans alike by working on the manual scoreboard and providing exceptional customer service.As a hockey fan with a desire to be in a more data-driven role, I transitioned to the National Hockey League during a crucial season in which I supported the sponsorship sales department by preparing proposals and pitch decks for the inaugural Stadium Series, which are outdoor games that were held that season in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles.I returned to the team side of the industry with the New York Jets in a client relations role to ease the transition for season ticket holders from the nostalgia of paper ticketing to digital ticketing.I then moved to a research role at Thuzio, a sports media and event startup co-founded by former New York Giants' running back Tiki Barber, where I scaled the talent database by building thousands of client-facing profiles with data on interests and brand endorsements. One of the best perks as a sports enthusiast was attending exclusive events featuring athletes such as NBA Hall of Famer Oscar Robertson and NHL Hall of Famer Jeremy Roenick.My next role at my Julius (acquired by Triller), which is an influencer marketing SaaS platform that spun off of Thuzio, evolved from the supply-side responsibility of scaling the database as a researcher to demand-side functions as a sales operations manager including CRM administration and reporting on KPIs for various internal stakeholders including the president.
