Responsible for the integration of technology into current clinical practices, discovery R&D and prototype development for breakthrough industry products. A fair share of the work is in the development of rapid-manufactured and rapid-prototyped maxillofacial prosthetic devices and products that stand to revolutionize the way dentistry is currently practiced. Additionally, I am also engaged with the development of the company's business (i.e. intellectual property matters, legal compliance, revenue sharing and financial business model, animal testing, FDA / 510K approval process, product distribution, joint ventures, private placement and institutional financing, independent contracting, technology asset acquisition, etc.) deployment and overall growth model.Worked closely with a licensee of our patented, dental bone augmentation and preservation product to develop dynamic 5 & 10-year financial models that entail the full development of business and financial assumptions, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), revenue projections, cost of revenue, personnel estimates, tax forecasts, property and equipment estimates, income statement / P&L, break-even analysis, NPV values, capitalization tables and a pro-forma balance sheet to articulate the financial potential of commercializing our product, a CURE for alveolar bone atrophy.Recent development of an RFP for the University of Michigan Dental School that will serve as the framework for a co-principal investigator or principal investigator to lead the humanitarian effort of a consortium of partners and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to drive the global adoption, education and delivery of a biomimetic, dental implant. The selected co-PI/PI will also lead a multi-centered, longitudinal clinical study focused on delivering data-driven results that support the efficacy, value and hypothesis that my client's patented product provides a cure for jawbone deterioration and atrophy resulting from the surgical extraction of a tooth.

Primary responsibility for delivering business development and technology consultation services to a myriad of companies; primarily in the health care, dental and non-profit industries ranging from start-up entities to medium-sized corporations. Management of IT services that include, but are not limited to, hardware and software support, network implementation and support, server and client side application installation and maintenance, technology recommendations and acquisitions, CAD/ CAM integration, website development projects, etc. Client consultation in the areas of business plan development, personnel management, technology selection, acquisition and integration, revenue & ROI models, break even projections, scope of services, defining staffing requirements, creation of value propositions and provisioning of internal assessments & feedback. Managed multiple web development and graphic design projects for clients that entailed defining the project charter and objectives, validating stakeholder business and technical requirements, translating business objectives to technical solutions, defining and maintaining project scope, communicating and mitigating risks & managing time and budgetary constraints - all while ensuring project deliverables and goals are met.

Member of the TechTown leadership team with the responsibility for the development and oversight of TechTown's tech-based entrepreneurial programs (LABS Programs). Leadership Detroit, an initiative of the Detroit Regional Chamber, is a transformational leadership program for existing and emerging regional leaders. This program provides the foundation for a lifelong commitment to leadership by creating awareness of key issues that affect the Detroit region. Approximately 70 individuals annually participate in the program representing a cross section of the community, including business, organized labor, government, education, media civic groups, health services and community organizations. Topics covered during the 10-month program include educational preparedness, arts and culture, race relations and health and human services.

Provided technical solutions and recommendations for hardware, software, storage, desktop solutions, etc. for Sun Microsystem's Global Ford Motor Company Account and additional local accounts (GM, DTE Energy, Kelly Services, Covisint, Johnson Controls, etc). Worked directly with sales reps to deliver small to large technology solutions to customers - many times in competitive situations against HP, Microsoft, IBM, SGI, EMC and other hardware and software vendors.
