Responsible for:-NZ Car Park Portfolio -Customer Experience-Property Operations-Staff Management and Development-Revenue Management-Site Presentation-Occupational Health and Safety-Operations Efficiency and Compliance-Facilities Management-Car Park Operational Performance

Contributing to the development of the annual business plan and continually comparing location performance again the strategic plan and taking necessary actions.Manage, forecast, and maintain fleet (in collaboration with fleet department) and staffing levels (proactively manage recruitment process) through effective workforce planning and rostering.Actioning and monitoring daily/weekly reports and financial strategic plans.Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed. Continuously identify talent within the workplace by implementing training programmes and in turn, succession planning. Lead a team to accomplish organisational goals in line with business strategy.Manage and control costs relevant to operations in accordance to budget whilst ensuring sufficient resources to meet operational requirements.Effective performance management practices are applied and code of practice, company policy and procedures are adhered to.Ensure work at all locations is conducted in a safe manner and to eliminate or minimise any workplace health and safety risks.
