I have previously worked in the business development for the past four years where I helped my employers win bids and tenders. My main responsibilities included providing overall bid administrative support for the Bid team including assistance with tracking new opportunities, bid preparation, helping the team with writing and editing high quality responses, and supporting any production of documentation and submissions. Employed as a Business Development Executive, I honed my abilities in fostering robust professional connections and refining my communication skills. In 2021, I embraced a career transition by becoming a Learning and Development Training Coordinator at Lloyd's Register. My enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, coupled with a growth mindset, remains a driving force in my professional journey.As a Learning and Development Coordinator, my duties include overall responsibility for coordinating and managing various learning and development programmes across an international audience, managing training events, and updating and maintaining the learning management system. With a strong knowledge of learning management system and SAP, I am a valuable resource in this field and with the added benefit of having knowledge of e-Learning content development and design. I am someone who's always wanting to get the best out of my follow colleagues and team.I am an enthusiatic, hard-working, and reliable individual who has the necessary skills, qualities and passion to carry out the role to a high standard and can work well in high pressured environments. My excellent attention to detail and time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. I am proficient in working in a team but also work well independently. Focused and able to own initiative to overcome challenging situations at work, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
